Floor constructions and heating pipes

The ROTEX Monopex floor heating system is created using system plates.

The advantages:

• Constant temperature profile due to exact laid and guided pipe
• The pipe is totally surrounded and covered by the screed
• High insulation to rooms or the ground beneath

• Environmental preserving free of FCKW, no problems when recycling

The heating pipe:

The main part of each warm water underfloor heating is the heating pipe. For the ROTEX Monopex underfloor heating it is used the ROTEX Monopex PE-X/DD heating pipe – a plastic pipe made of polyethylene which is cross linked by irradiation. ROTEX manufactures since more than 15 years PE-X heating pipes and counts to one of the leading pipe manufacturers nowadays. With multiple security it has been planned for a 50 years utility duration.
