ROTEX System 70

Floor constructions and heating pipes ROTEX:

The ROTEX System 70 floor heating system is created using system plates.

The advantages:

• Constant temperature profile due to exact laid and guided pipe
• The pipe is totally surrounded and covered by the screed
• High insulation to rooms or the ground beneath
• Excellent impact sound insulation
• Easy to install
• Environmental preserving free of FCKW, no problems when recycling

Heating pipe:

The particularity of the system 70 are the special developed
DUO 17 and DUO 17 AL tubes. The special feature of the DUO-pipe lies in the structure. The air gap covering the water bearing pipe serves as heat insulation which makes it possible to supply System 70 floor heating with a markedly higher supply temperature as conventional systems.
An additional safety is granted by the ribs of the DUO 17 heating pipe when installing and during operation. Both tubes consist of a water guiding PEX inner tube which is covered by a ripped pipe. The inner pipe of the DUO 17 AL tube is additionally covered by a cover lay of aluminium. Both tubes are oxygen tight according to DIN 4729. The ripped tube consists of Polyethylene (PE).
